Starting something new can bring questions. Here are a few places to begin.
Find your next stepYou can begin with a question, a concern, or something you have found difficult to explain. The first conversation can help us understand where to start.
Online sessions take place through Google Meet. Once your session is arranged, your confirmation will explain how to join. Find a quiet space and check your internet connection before the conversation.
Yes. When enquiring, mention that the session is for your child. Before booking, confirm the ages supported, who should attend the first conversation, and the caregiver consent arrangements.
The duration and fee should be agreed before a session is arranged. Please confirm these details when booking so you know what to expect.
Before sharing personal information, ask how session information is handled and what the limits of confidentiality are. You can raise any questions about privacy before deciding to proceed.
