Session requests

Your request and your privacy.

This information explains how the request form on this website works. It does not describe records made during counselling sessions; ask us about those arrangements before beginning a session.

What the form collects

Your name, email, phone number, preferred contact method, and who the session is for. It also asks for the session participant’s age, gender, city / country, preferred language, occupation, previous professional support, a brief reason for reaching out, and an immediate-crisis response. You can write “prefer not to say” for gender and keep your reason brief. A preferred date, listed time, area of support, and scheduling note are optional.

Why it is collected

The information helps us review your enquiry, prepare for a conversation, arrange a time, and contact you about the request. Responses are sent to this website’s backend and stored in its database, not submitted to Google Forms. When hosted on Cloudflare, Cloudflare Workers processes these requests and Cloudflare D1 stores them. Your answers remain in the form while you move between steps, but the website does not save a draft in browser storage. We use Resend to send a thank-you email to the address you provide and payment emails when the practice chooses email delivery. These messages contain your first name and private request or payment link; payment emails also include the amount, session time, and duration. Intake answers and your reason for reaching out are not included in these emails. The practice can also open a WhatsApp message containing the payment amount, time, and private link to share with you. Joining links are added by the practice; this website does not create Google Meet meetings automatically.

Who can view a request

Contact details and session information are available in the password-protected owner dashboard. People with access to the server or its database may also have access. Your private status link shows the request’s status, area of support, who it is for, preferred or confirmed time, any meeting link that is added, and the agreed fee and payment status. If you report a payment, we store the UTR or reference number; your private link can also show that reference. It does not show your contact details, reason for reaching out, or other intake answers. Keep that link private: anyone with it can view those status details.

Storage and deletion

Requests remain in the database until we delete them from the owner dashboard. This website does not automatically delete old requests. To ask about correcting or deleting a request, contact us using the correspondence through which your session is arranged and provide your request reference.

Cookies and third parties

The public request form does not use advertising or analytics cookies. The owner dashboard uses a necessary sign-in cookie. Fonts and images are served by this website. If we contact you using email or WhatsApp, or you open a Google Meet link, those services handle the communication under their own privacy terms. Payment QR codes are generated by this website without an external QR image service. Payments take place in your chosen UPI app; we do not collect bank login details or automatically verify transfers.

Before sharing more

Discuss the handling of session information, consent arrangements, and limits of confidentiality before a session begins. This service is not for emergencies. For urgent help, contact your local emergency service.
